The Well School Ski Friday Student Online Registration Instructions
Please follow the below instructions to register your student online for Ski Friday. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the program coordinator: Zach Allen at accounting@wellschool.org.
For technical support regarding your registration you can contact Pats Peak directly at 603-428-3245 and ask for the ski school.
~REGISTRATION ONLY - NO PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE ONLINE~
Registration Process:
1. Go to: PatsPeak.com
2. Create your account and login. Click on the login icon in the top right corner. If you did not participate in this program through The Well School last year you will need to create an account. If you participated last year, login using the credentials from last year.
3. Click “LEARN TO SKI & RIDE” on the home screen.
4. Click: “LEARN TO SKI & RIDE PROGRAM”
5. Enter Our Access Code: Well2026
6. Select the option for your first student: If you have multiple students you will have to select the additional students after entering the first child. Please note the cost for lift and lessons are covered by tuition. You are responsible for the additional cost listed below.
Explanations for the options are as follows:
● Lift/Lesson Friday (cost covered by school) this is for students K-8th that do NOT need rentals.
● Lift/Lesson/Rental Friday (parent cost $100) this is for K-8th students that DO NEED rentals.
● Lift Only (level 5 or above)/Rental Friday (parent cost $90) Students in 5th-8th grades ONLY who are opting out of lessons but need a lift pass and rentals.
● Lift Only (level 5 or above) Friday (cost covered by school) Students in 5th-8th grades ONLY who only need a lift pass and are opting out of lessons and rentals.
● Practice Makes Perfect Season Pass/Lesson Friday (parent cost $319) Students in K-8th who would like to upgrade to a Pats Peak season pass.
● Current Season Pass Holder/Lesson Friday (cost covered by school) Students in K-8th who already have aPats Peak season pass. Only purchasing 5 Friday lessons.
7. Student Information: If your student is not already listed click
a. Enter student name and DOB and click “Save Changes”.
b. Once a student is listed click so the button turns green.
c. Enter information for the selected student and click next.
8. Emergency Medical Release: Complete the page and click Next.
a. Please note - School Coordinators names will be listed as the Names of persons & phone number of authorized. The coordinators will be called first to contact the parents directly. No additional names/numbers should be entered here.
9. Peaks Perks Purchases:
a. Select any additional items you would like to add to your student’s purchase. These items are discounted and will only be offered through the school program. Additional items should be selected here and will need to be paid by calling Pats Peak directly to pay prior to our Thanksgiving Break on 11/21/2025
b. Check the box.
10. Checkout:
a. Add all students participating in the program.
b. Go to the cart in the upper right corner to checkout.
c. Complete Guest information if renting.
d. When completing the billing information select “Pay by Check.” No credit card payment is due at the time of registration.
e. Agree to terms, conditions, and release of liabilities.
f. Click “Place Order” at the bottom of the next screen.
g. Your registration i s complete once the “Order Receipt” screen comes up.
Make note of your Order Number or print out your receipt. You should also
receive an email confirmation with the order number.
11. Paying for your Peaks Perks: Call Pats Peak directly upon submitting your order prior to our Thanksgiving Break, November 21, 2025 to pay your balance less the lift/lesson/rental portion.
a. Pats Peak: 603-428-3245 ask for the ski school and reference your order
number.
